Families make up the majority of our customer base. This page outlines our policies regarding minors: purchase eligibility, data we never collect, and parental control options at your disposal.
Subscriptions are for adults
Only individuals eighteen years or older can purchase a subscription. Minors are welcome to view content under a family plan, but the account remains under the purchasing adult's name, who bears full responsibility for household usage.
We do not collect children's information
We never intentionally gather personal data from anyone younger than thirteen years old, and our website isn't designed for children. Should you suspect a child has provided us with personal details, contact siptview@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
Parental controls you can use today
Lock categories with a PIN
All the players we suggest — IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, IBO Player, among others — include parental control features that conceal or PIN-protect entire content categories. Configure it one time, before passing the remote to anyone else.
Ask us to remove adult categories
If you prefer those categories completely absent from your lineup, mention it during checkout. We'll configure your subscription without adult material from day one, at no additional charge.
Use the device's own controls
Fire TV, Android TV, iOS, and all Smart TV systems offer viewing time restrictions and application locks. Pairing a device PIN alongside a player PIN tends to be the setup most households prefer.
Ratings and responsibility
Programming and on-demand libraries originate from numerous broadcasters around the world, making age classifications inconsistent throughout the catalog, and we can't rate every single offering. View the program guide as a reference, not a promise, and apply the protective settings mentioned earlier for any content you wouldn't view as a family.
